The arm master textures are 4k by 4k, this makes nvdxt choke on them. So the nvidia photoshop plugin is used, which is very unstable. Export each texture to a tif file with no layers and one alpha channel. Then save as dds, and remember to manually reselect the texture compression format, or it will crash! Use the Sinc mipmap filter, and DXT3 compression.
DXT5 is better for interpolated alpha (like for the wreck alpha in the normals texture).
