turninplace is fucked!

in unitdefs post: if ud.category and (ud.category:find("TANK",1,true) or ud.category:find("HOVER",1,true)) then
returns true for EVERY UNIT! Its looking at category and not moveDef! MoveDef is not even loaded at unitdefs_post, so one cannot use that to check wether a unit is a bot or a vec. We must use a list of units.
kbots cant turn in place either, and with turninplace set to 1 and turninplaceanglelimit set to 60 we can prevent the stupid con bouncing!
also, con vecs need higher acceleration to feel more responsive, and to slow down less when the turn in place.
Bots usually have high accel, so high speed high acceleration bots need the turninplace=false or they need a high turninplaceanglelimit!
