Chili texture handling question

I would like to as wether all of the chili rendering runs in one pass? Meaning that is it possible for some rendering that is not originating from chili to take place in between two chili rendering calls?

I think not, as far as I know Chili (as you see it in widgets) just leaves behind a list of instructions inside WG which are later processed (at layer 1000, iirc) by api_chili; its that which draws everything and handles all associated mouse/keyb stuff at the same time.

I don't know any more detail than this! I guess you'd have to ask jK
