Because so many newbies get stuck in it, yet I dont want to kill the feature...

disabled it completely because commands given via fps mode bypass lua -> also bypass all anti-hax gadgets

Imo we should disable fps view entirely, its pretty wierdly implemented (from the engine point of view) and generally a pain to deal with.
