Combomb w/ T1 trans quite possible

Combomb with atlas air trans at right side's north front. Coordinates very roughly 6000/3000. The atlases start to fly at around 11:00 from bottom right player and the com blows up at roughly 11:15.

Both the atlases drop their fly height shortly before reaching AA (samsons in this case) which makes it impossible to avoid the com blowing up.

The attacker had given an unload command to the corvalk and it was descnding; it got close enough to the ground to end up as 'com died on ground' instead of 'com died in air'. It had completed something like 80-90% of its descent.

For now I think the check for 'com died on ground'/'com died in air' is adequate but if it turns out that something in the new air movement causes it to happen more than before then I'll write a foolproof one.
