We tried shooting at Coms with a range of different units including Doomsdays, Cans, Sumos, LLTs and some others. Some of the time they worked properly and the unit took the appropriate damage. Other times they hit but barely did any damage and other times they just didn't do any damage at all.

I can still reproduce this, seems that com can stand still while apparently being hit by lasers and take no damage!

Yeah I saw this in some ai vs ai games, thought it was just an ai thing. Is this an engine bug? Or is there some collisionvolume error on our side?

I don't know - the covol for the corcom looks ok but it can stand still in hlt fire takes no damage at all. I can't see it's greysphere which strikes me as a bit odd, but idk what effect they have. Seems to only affect coms.

I've noticed this, but with every weapon. Watching ai vs ai games it seemed the only damage they took was splash damage, so artillery would take them out faster if it wasn't actually hitting them etc..

fix corcom unittable by lasers (had usepiececollisionvolumes = 1 with no piece collisionvolumes defined!)
