Description
Now that mines can't be stacked, commandos minelayer script only builds 1 mine when asked to attack/patrol/fight/etc.
If the commando is set to hold fire and given an attack order, it will only plant a mine and won't fire its primary weapon.

First issue is basically fixed by queueing mines manually while commando is attacking and it will carry on attacking while i builds.
Second issue was my fault.
