Comm always waited for turn, and i tested engine with that commit, and never saw any lag when dgunnin. dgunning worked like a charm each time.

Since then there's been something changed in 91+git that means com/dgun doesn't wait for turn.

This happens even though decoy coms have turret=true and toloerance=10000 - surely those should mean it doesn't wait for turn?
